2. Record Collection Inquiries & Acquisitions 

If you contact us through the Site regarding the potential sale of a personal record collection: 

• Non-Binding Inquiries: Any initial discussions, communication, preliminary estimates, or thoughts provided via email or contact form are purely informational and non-binding. They do not constitute a formal appraisal, valuation, or legal obligation to purchase. 
• Private Purchases: Any actual purchase of a record collection will be conducted as a separate, private transaction subject to a mutually agreed-upon written agreement or bill of sale executed directly between the parties. 
• Unsolicited Deliveries: Wiles Darcy Records is not responsible for, and will not return, hold, or compensate for, any physical records, media, or items mailed or delivered to us without prior written authorization and a signed purchase agreement.
