These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at wilesdarcy.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and Pricing

• Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, including vinyl condition grading. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.
• Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund. 
• Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

3. Selling Your Collection/Unsolicited Deliveries

If you contact us regarding the sale of a personal record collection, any initial discussions, grading estimates, or price quotes are non-binding until a formal purchase agreement is made in writing. Wiles Darcy Records is not responsible for, and will not return or compensate for, any physical records mailed or delivered to us without prior written authorization and a signed purchase agreement.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All physical items purchased from Wiles Darcy Records are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc..

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Because of the fragile nature of vinyl records, returns are only accepted if the item was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong product.

• Requirements: Returns must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
• Exclusions: Brand new, factory-sealed records cannot be returned once opened.
• To Start a Return: You must contact customer service at info@wilesdarcy.com for authorization before shipping any items back to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wiles Darcy Records, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products procured using the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
